1. Independence Day

      The 15th of August is a very important day in the history of our country. Green Valley family celebrates Independence Day with great splendor., joy, and respect for Mother India.


    1. Republic Day

      Republic Day is celebrated at Green Valley campus with great zeal and enthusiasm at GVHS. The national flag is hoisted and the students display patriotic dance and perform various programs.


    1. Gandhi Jayanti

      Gandhi Jayanti is a national festival celebrated in India to mark the occasion of the birthday of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, the “Father of the Nation”. On this auspicious day, the students of GVHS carried out two important activities in the school. First, “Swachta Abhiyan” was initiated where the students took up the responsibility to clean classrooms, labs, and campus surroundings. Second, “Best out of Waste activity” was performed where the students gathered waste materials and prepared attractive things from the same.


    1. Kala Gurjari Gaurav Gujarat Ni

      Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s birth anniversary is celebrated very aptly as Rashtriya Ekta Divas at Green Valley campus. Children actively participate in the event which is organized and named as “Kala Gurjari Gaurav Gujarat Ni”. A variety of cultural programs is planned for the occasion.


    1. Janmashtmi

      Janmashtami, the birthday of Lord Krishna is celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm at Green Valley campus. The atmosphere is filled with divinity when devotional songs are sung and the little ones dressed in costumes dance to the tunes followed by matki phod.


    1. Ganesh Chaturthi

      Ganesh Chaturthi festival is celebrated by Green Valley family by installing an appropriately-sized clay image of Ganesha followed by group worship of students and teachers. At the end of the festival, the idol is immersed in a pond.


    1. Diwali

      Deepawali or Diwali is certainly the biggest and the brightest of all festivals in India and also known as the festival of lights. The students of Green Valley celebrate the festival by making colorful diyas and rangolis.


    1. Kite Flying

      The Kite flying festival is organized by Green Valley family to mark the occasion of Uttarayan- the Kite flying festival of Gujarat. All students actively participate in the celebration.
